    Currently we only deliver in Switzerland. We hope to be able to ship to other countries soon.
  • Can I pick up the ordered goods?
    No, currently we only deliver.
  • Do you run a shop?
    No, currently we only operate this online shop.
  • How much are the shipping costs?
    As a rule, a flat rate of CHF 8.90 per parcel is charged. Other rates may be charged for very large parcels. We ship free of charge for orders over CHF 100. Shipping is done via Swiss Post. You can find the exact conditions here.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    No, unfortunately we do not offer this function yet. However, you will receive a confirmation as soon as your order has been sent.
  • What should I do if my parcel does not arrive?

  • Can I return items that I do not like?
    If the delivered item does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the delivery. After we have received and checked the return, we will refund your money. The following rules apply: The following articles are not taken back or exchanged:
    • Used, defective and damaged items.
    • Items that are no longer in perfect original packaging.
    • Incomplete items (missing components and packaging, etc.)
    • Discounted articles and articles from the SALE category
